Stafford Commerce Center

IDS served as the civil engineer for this 70,000 SF industrial building located in Stafford. Quest Design and Fabrication/Quest Architectural Millwork will be the primary tenant utilizing 51,000 SF, with the remainder of the building being designed as speculative. The project included design of a loading dock, paving, underground utilities, site grading, drainage, and stormwater pollution prevention with approvals from the City of Stafford and Fort Bend County WCID No. 2. IDS assisted with pre-development services and prepared bid and construction documents.
