Almeda Sims WWTP and Sludge Processing

IDS provided construction management and field observation services on multiple projects for the rehabilitation of the Almeda Sims WWTP sludge processing facilities. Construction management services included meeting coordination and attendance; contract administration; construction observation; review and processing of contractor pay estimates, documents, change orders, requests for information; and coordination of final inspection. The projects required multiple shutdowns of the various facilities to complete the proposed improvements. IDS conducted regular coordination meetings with City operations representatives to plan for the shutdowns. IDS worked with the City and construction inspectors to develop a plan that minimizes the impact on facility operations.
