John Herzog, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

John is a Senior Project Manager within our Land Development and MUD Practices. He currently represents the firm on behalf of several municipal utility districts in the greater Houston area. His utility district involvement and expertise allow him to connect with many utility district directors, consultants, regulatory agencies, developers, engineers, and landowners.

He has more than 10 years of experience in engineering design, planning, and management of numerous land development projects that benefit the residential and commercial developments in the greater Houston area. John’s expertise includes management and administration of the project construction process through final acceptance by the owner and regulatory agencies.

Since 2015, John has focused his development career on the Jordan Ranch Development in Fort Bend County, where he has been a part of more than 50 successful projects within the 1,350-acre project. The most rewarding part of his role is seeing residents and tenants live, work, and shop in areas he designed.

When John isn’t involved in the design of land development projects, he enjoys doing anything outdoors, from fishing to gardening, and home improvement projects.
