Chad Abram, P.E.

Chad has led an impressive career as a qualified professional engineer in his 24 years of working in the industry. His career has focused on planning, constructing, and maintaining utility districts in the Houston region. He has served as District Engineer to mature and newly developing districts in Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, and Waller Counties. As District Engineer, Chad is responsible for several tasks, including but not limited to facilitating wastewater treatment plant permits and authorization to construct applications, water well permits applications, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, and wastewater treatment process troubleshooting. He enjoys working with resident directors who seek to find better ways to manage their district’s assets and provide services to their communities.
