IDS Welcomes Vernon H. Webb, II, P.E.

IDS invites you to help us welcome Vernon H. Webb, II, P.E., to the firm. Vernon will serve clients as our Director of Water and Wastewater Services. He has almost 20 years of specialized experience in planning, designing, and managing development and water projects, including wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, water plants/pump stations, utility lines, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, and master planned developments.

Vernon was drawn to these projects because their complexities draw upon all engineering disciplines. He takes a similar approach in his management role, tapping into every member of the IDS team for various perspectives as a way to explore better solutions. On the client side, he works with all levels of personnel, from the project manager to the field team, to understand the big picture and how both immediate needs and long-term operations and maintenance should most effectively be factored in.

Vernon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He previously worked for a large multi-national engineering firm, and is happy to return to a smaller firm where he can foster deeper client relationships.

Vernon served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Morton Road MUD, and brings this owner’s perspective to his work with IDS clients. Outside the office Vernon stays very busy as a father of three, with number four on the way. We know Vernon will be a great asset for our clients and internal teams alike. We are happy to have Vernon as part of the IDS team.
