Kameron Pugh, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, Kameron manages a team of designers and design engineers in the Water and Wastewater Facilities practice. He works closely with project managers to develop project scopes;  produce construction plans, technical specifications, and engineering reports; and manage projects in construction to meet the Client’s needs and wants. He also works closely with Facility Operators to include design considerations that improve operations and to manage construction phasing as to maintain proper operations during construction.

Kameron is skilled in working with utility districts, including managing capital improvement plans, monitoring water and wastewater systems and facilities, maintaining asset management plans, and preparing and presenting engineering status reports to the utility district board of directors.

While an undergrad, he completed various environmental engineering and aqueous chemistry research projects. His research has been published in two peer-reviewed academic journals, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Journal of Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste.

Outside the office, Kameron enjoys spending time with his son Easton, including sports, camping trips, concerts, and video games. One of his greatest passions is music, which is how he spends much of his free time. He plays several instruments, sings, and loves concerts and karaoke with friends and family. One of the skills he enjoys improving is cooking, especially when learning the history and techniques of different cuisines from around the world.
