Beltway Lakes

Beltway Lakes, a Class A office destination in Northwest Houston, is located on a 46-acre tract of land at the southeast intersection of Beltway 8 and State Highway 249. IDS began development of the office complex with the design of Phase I and Phase II, consisting of 324,000 SF of office space and a structured parking garage. Phase III included an office building and additional parking garage. Both buildings are LEED Certified Gold. IDS performed engineering services for the development of the buildings, detention, and off-site public utility extensions and played a key role in overseeing construction activities.
