Fairfield Creek Estates

Fairfield Creek Estates is a community for residents 55+ located on a 10-acre tract in Cypress, Texas. IDS provided surveying, platting, and site design services for this multi-family development. Site design services including paving, underground utilities, site grading, drainage, fire protection and stormwater pollution prevention. The storm sewer system was designed to outfall into the adjacent Harris County Flood Control District channel which had detention capacity for the development. IDS also prepared a Storm Water Quality Management Plan which included Best Management Practices for stormwater quality control. IDS obtained approval from the local Municipal Utility District, Harris County Engineering Department, and Harris County Flood Control District.
