Andrew Williams, P.E. promoted to Senior Project Manager

Andrew’s current focus in our Land Development Practice are his clients in Montgomery and surrounding counties, which he will continue to foster. In this new role, Andrew will drive business growth by shaping a team of EITs to think like leaders.

Crystal Swink, P.E. promoted to Project Manager

Crystal consistently champions ingenuity. In this role, she will provide support and encouragement to a group of EITs and designers in executing projects effectively and efficiently.

Eric Johnson, P.E. promoted to Senior Vice President

As a Senior Vice President at IDS, Eric specializes in providing engineering and planning services to utility districts and land developers. Under his leadership, his clients benefit from his expertise and patience in mapping out viable solutions. Eric leads the firm’s Information Services Department, which is invaluable to the operations of the firm.

Jason Hajduk, P.E. promoted to Senior Vice President

Jason has been providing engineering services to local land developers for more than 20 years. Jason’s long-standing relationships with his clients are invaluable. He spearheads the firm’s college recruiting and hiring committee, as well as takes an active role in employee and client appreciation events.

John Herzog, P.E. promoted to Senior Project Manager

John currently represents the firm on behalf of several municipal utility districts in the greater Houston area. His utility district involvement and expertise allow him to connect with many utility district directors, consultants, regulatory agencies, developers, engineers, and landowners.

Kameron Pugh, P.E promoted to Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, Kameron manages a team of design engineers in the firm’s Water and Wastewater Facilities Practice. He works closely with project managers to develop project scopes and deliver plans, technical specifications, engineering reports, and construction phase services per the client’s needs.

Kelly Wilkinson, P.E. promoted to Senior Project Manager

Bringing a thoughtful approach to engineering, Kelly will continue to work alongside other consultants to solve operational problems and help her clients budget and plan for their future. Her role will allow her to continue growing our utility district practice.

Lindsey Whatley, P.E. promoted to Project Manager

Lindsey is a detail-oriented professional engineer. As a Project Manager, she will excel at taking on challenging and complex projects.

Matt Carpenter, P.E. promoted to Senior Vice President

On a daily basis, Matt monitors and evaluates his team’s operating performance. Throughout his nearly 20-year career, Matt has demonstrated excellent subject matter expertise amongst his colleagues, peers, and team. Matt will continue to oversee the firm’s Marketing initiatives.

Michael Swan, RPLS promoted to Survey Manager

Michael is a forward-thinking professional with exceptional problem-solving skills. As Survey Manager, Michael maintains an open and collaborative philosophy whether working with clients or his team.

Robert Yaktus promoted to Field Survey Manager

Robert has more than three decades of experience in the field and in the office. This experience allows him to lead our field survey teams with ease while keeping the department running smoothly and on schedule.
